Adapted Kit

 

The signal box started life as a Ratio plastic kit. The design is based on Highley signal box on the Severn valley Line. The kit’s brick base has been replaced with a new scratchbuilt card and Scalescenes paper base to a slightly modified design The roof has also been replaced by a card and Scalescenes paper slates and a new chimney construted. The original Ratio barge boards, finials and ridge tiles have been retained.
